Stepping Stones DS was set up by Emma and Sharon in December 2006 as a coffee morning to support local parents who have children with Down syndrome. At our very first meeting we had 3 children - we now support over 85 families across North Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey and we are growing every day.
Our group now offers a range of support, services, activities and information to parents & carers of children with Down syndrome, and professionals who are involved with their care and education.
We are now a Registered Charity, run by a management committee made up of 9 trustees. Click here for a copy of our latest annual report.
