Our group welcomes members across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. This covers a number of Health Authorities and Local Authorities, all with different policies, resources, and support for local parents.
Because of this, and because of the geographical distance between some of our members, we have set up some local 'buddy groups' each with a group leader who is knowledgeable about their local area and the support available locally.
When you join Stepping Stones you will be allocated to a local buddy group and your buddy group leader will contact you to introduce themselves. They organise regular local social events and will invite you to attend if you would like to (it is not compulsory).
They are also available to you if you wish to meet with someone before coming along to a coffee morning, or if you just want a chat about what is available in the local area.
